The emphasis is on delivering innovative, efficient and quality citizen and business-centric services by leveraging on the pervasive use of ICT. The ultimate aim is to achieve a Citizen-Centric and `Whole of Government’ Public Service, which means that the Public Sector must meet and exceed the expectations, preference and needs of Citizens and Businesses.
